The MISIÓN EVANGÉLICA PENIEL, a church located in Richmond, California, USA, celebrated its fifth anniversary on the 15th to the 19th of October. 
For this reason, the pastors, Eliseo and Dalila Campos felt that to coincide with the five years the church had been actively functioning in the ministry,  the Lord would have them address the topic of the five-fold ministry recorded in Ephesians 4:11.

The general heading of the event was ESTABLISHING THE KINGDOM OF GOD.   For the teaching of the Word the Ministry Generación en Conquista in addition to other ministries were invited.  The members of the Ministry that attended the series of special gatherings were brothers and sisters Daniel and Estela Dardano and Daniel and Marta Cipolla.

On the morning of Saturday the 18th until noon and on the morning of  Sunday the 19th  with pastors and leaders of the local and surrounding churches in attendance, the Dardanos and the Cipollas shared a series of teachings based on the general topic ESTABLISHING THE KINGDOM OF GOD.  In short, some of these teachings revolved around the following topics:

* GOD AS THE ESSENCE OF AUTHORITY

* THE IMPORTANCE OF AUTHORITY
AND GOVERNMENT TO GOD

* AUTHORITY AND GOVERNMENT OF GOD DELEGATED
IN ISRAEL SO THAT HE WOULD BE  REPRESENTED
IN THE EARTH

* ISRAEL’S FAILURE AND GOD’S NEW TIME.

* THE CHURCH REPRESENTING THE KINGDOM.  POSITION, SITUATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHURCH FROM THE 1ST CENTURY TO THE 15TH CENTURY

* LOSS OF THEOCRATIC GOVERNMENT, SPIRITUAL DARKNESS, ECCLESIASTICAL SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENTED BY MAN AND ITS CONSEQUENCES.  DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE THEORY OF “CESSATION”
AND ITS RIPPLE EFFECT IN THE CHURCH. 

* TIMES OF RESTAURATION.  THE RETURN OF THE THEOCRATIC GOVERNMENT TO THE CHURCH

* THE APOSTLES AND THEIR FUNDAMENTAL MINISTRY
JESUS DYING ON THE CROSS AS A PROPHET-APOSTLE

* APOSTLES AND PROPHETS, FIRST AND SECOND ACCORDING TO 1 CORINTHIANS 12:28.  PILLARS OF
A THEOCRATIC GOVERNMENT;  BRICKLAYERS OF GOD

* BUILT UPON THE FOUNDATION”,  SURVEYORS  ARCHITECTS, CHIEF CORNERSTONE
(Ephesians 2:20, 1 Corinthians 3:1-11).

* INDENTIFYING THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AS THE FOUNDATION AND AS THE CHIEF
(HEAD) CORNERSTONE

* A CONSTITUTION THAT DOESN’T ACCEPT
AMMENDMENTS.

* THE TRUE ESSENCE OF THE PERFECTIONING OF THE SAINTS:  THE FORMATION

* THE PERFECTED CHURCH BY THE WORK OF THE FIVE FOLD MINISTRY, UNITED IN FAITH, INTIMATELY  
KNOWING THE SON OF GOD, BECOMING A PERFECT MAN,
ADULT AND UNSHAKEABLE


It’s important to point out the interaction brought about by the brothers that shared the teaching and those who were in attendance.  Those in attendance asked questions and commented on various aspects of the teaching with complete freedom which enhanced the time shared together in the Word.  On Saturday the 18th as well as Sunday evening the 19th , general meetings were held where the room was filled to capacity.  On evenings, brother Dardano and brother Cipolla ministered.  It should be pointed out that on Sunday’s evening service, as a sign of the power of the Word, many physical healings and miracles took place. 

In summary, it can safely be said that the glory, the presence and the government of God was manifest during these days of ministry, confirming once again that to HIM belongs all the glory, majesty, and honor.
