PROPHETIC MESSAGE GIVEN ON SUNDAY JANUARY 23, 2005, MIAMI

"And the LORD said to Joshua,
"Today I will begin to exalt you in the eyes of all Israel…”
“That day the LORD exalted Joshua
in the sight of all Israel…”
(Joshua 3:7 & 4:14)

Upon making our “first steps on the avenue of faith prepared by God” for His Church in this year 2005, we feel deeply encouraged by the Holy Spirit.
Our hearts and spirits have been permeated by a supernatural assurance and conviction because His Kairos (God-given) time has arrived.

Thanks to the spirit of faith, we are participants in the same Rhema that God gave to Joshua.
For this reason, we're able to savor beforehand the purposeful expansion that the Lord has planned for the ministry of Christ and deposited in all of those believers who've comprehended the importance of living beneath “His Government” in order to manifest the greatness of His kingdom on the Earth.

This Rhema of God is linked to the transcendental events of which He spoke of by His Spirit and which have begun taking place in 2004.  The Lord revealed two of his works:

        * The beginning of “the Judgment in the House of the Lord” after August
        * and the initiation of the “Reign of David” beginning in October.

It's necessary that we obtain the proper perspective through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit about these two great events in order to wisely understand our function and participation in the midst of these prophetic and decisive times for all of humanity.
These events are related to the “Government of God over His Church.”
God is working through His Church to continue fulfilling what was prophesied by the prophet Jeremiah: “Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.” (Jeremiah 3:15).

A. First work: Corrective judgment in the “House of God”

In the first place, the beginning of judgment in the House of God (1 Peter 4:17-19) is not for “condemnation but rather for “correction.”  Upon hearing about “judgment in the House of God,” most people make the common error of associating it with His condemning judgment (Revelation 20:11-15 & 21:7-8).  This is the “final judgment of the Lord” in which the possibility of being “condemned by Him” certainly exists: that of being thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur and being eternally separated from His Grace and Presence.

In second place, the Lord has revealed to us that this “corrective judgment” has been preceded by a time during which the hearts of his people, but in particular of those who “preside over” the flock, have been weighed in the balance.  His posterior action is the result of this evaluation.  In this way, he will confirm and establish some people, exalting them for His glory, while others he will remove from their positions of authority.  Still others—who've “been unknown by many” but  well-known by Him”...  he will raise up in positions of authority.

By reading in the Word what happened between Saul and David, we can confirm the truth of what we've just discussed.

When God had to reject Saul, he did not reject him as a person but rather as king, deciding to do so after his heart was weighed in the balance of the Lord (1 Samuel 15:23, 26).  Afterwards, Samuel declared to Saul the results of this evaluation with these words: "The LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today and has given it to one of your neighbors—to one better than you” (1 Samuel 15:28).  God performed two, almost-simultaneous actions: “Rejecting Saul as king and choosing David.”

1 Samuel 10:25
gives us some details of the ordination ceremony of the kings of Israel.
Here we'll find a pearl of great price upon discovering what God's purpose was in it.
A central part of the ceremony was for the new king to publicly recite the laws of the Kingdom and write them into a book.

Deuteronomy 17:14-20
mentions a few conditions that the kings had to meet.
One of them was to to write for himself on a scroll a copy of this law, and “to read it all the days of his life so that he may learn to revere the LORD his God and follow carefully all the words of this law and these decrees.
It's imperative that we see that the objective of God has been the same since the creation of the world: to demonstrate His Government and Kingdom on the Earth.  That's the reason that when the Lord chose and anointed Saul as king, his purpose was for “Saul to demonstrate the Kingdom of God in his life and to extend it to the people.”

Blinded by pride and the delusion of his greatness, Saul lost the spiritual compass of his fundamental purpose.  His loss of spiritual discernment grew to such an extent that just minutes before Samuel found him to declare that “the Lord had rejected him as king, ”Saul was admiring a monument of himself that he'd raised up in Carmel."  (1 Samuel 15:12).

When the prophet Samuel was crying over Saul, God showed him that he needed to rid himself of the sentiments causing him to lament the failure of what “was born of the human heart.”
It was time to dry his tears and fill his horn with oil because he was being sent to anoint “that which was born of the heart of God” (1 Samuel 16:1).  In summary, God had just established his judgment over Saul, a man made king through the whim and stubbornness of the people who lived far from the will of God.  David, however, entered the kingdom in fulfillment of His perfect Will for Israel.
The judgment of God over “that which is born of the human heart” opened the door to replace it with “that born in the heart of God.”   This class of judgment is not to shed tears but so that we can be filled with joy because God is establishing 'His theocratic government” in order to put His Church in order and clothe it with authority and glory.

B. Second work: Establishing the “Reign of David”

The second most important work of God in the year 2004 has been the “beginning of the Reign of David.” With this word, the Lord is once again referring to “His government in the Church” represented and implemented by the five-fold ministry that He established: Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Ephesians 4:11).

In order for us to understand the reason why God related David to the government of His Church, it's important to remember how it was that David came to sit on the throne ruling over Israel.
Although he'd already been anointed as king, it was very evident that God didn't allow him to rule over Israel until he underwent a process of 'years of persecution at the hands of Saul.'
Even after being proclaimed king over Juda in Hebron (2 Samuel 2: 3-4) and in the midst of fierce adversity, the Word affirmed:

“The war between the house of Saul
and the house of David lasted a long time.
David grew stronger and stronger,
while the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker”
(2 Samuel 3:1).

All those years of persecution were sort of like 'the University of the Lord for David in forming the character of a ruler after God's own heart, so that he would represent and govern Israel with dignity in everything by the laws of the Kingdom.' When we comprehend what David went through and apply it to the Church and its government, it's very evident that the Church has been governed by “the Spirit of Saul” for centuries.
Under this “spirit” the authorities are established and chosen by the same set of values utilized by the world, resulting in the Church experiencing the same thing that happened to Israel when they asked for a king, saying:

“Now appoint a king to lead [a] us,
such as all the other nations have"

( 1 Samuel 8:5).

Just like what happened with David, the time of “persecution of those who've received the revelation that the Church lives under the direction, protection, edification and spiritual dimension of the true government of God has enabled Him to mold the character of those called to exercise spiritual authority as worthy representatives of the Head, which is Christ, and yielded to the Holy Spirit.”

All the blessings that God has determined to bestow on those who “live under the theocratic government” have a single purpose: “To make them instruments of God to manifest and establish the government of His Kingdom, forming Christ in the personal lives, the family, the Church and throughout the nations of the Earth.

If we'll be conscious and aware of the crucial times that the Lord is allowing us to live in, our spiritual eyes will be opened to see what the Lord has prepared for all those who welcome the “Kingdom Government” that He has established for His Church.

Isaiah chapter 62 is like“a window onto Heaven” by which we can enter and enjoy all that the Lord is planning for this year 2005.

“You will be a crown of splendor
in the LORD's hand, a royal diadem
in the hand of your God."

(Isaiah 62:3).

This prophetic declaration of glory expressed by the prophet Isaiah is an arrow of God destined to pass down through the centuries and the ages to Hit the “bull's eye of His target:  The Church.”
It's a rhema of Jesus Christ The Beloved for His beloved, the Church, giving it the first fruits of a higher glory in the beginning of the year 2005 upon declaring it:
a crown of splendor and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.”
Upon delivering this “First fruit to His Church,” our Lord has determined that through it the Earth will bear testimony of a “special glory representing the best and the most precious of that He is.”
It's the first and the best of all that He is and possesses.
The year 2005 is the “first fruit of God” because it's “a principle and chosen year of the Lord.”
It's the year in which “The Beloved” will pour out on “His Beloved” the grace to manifest “the First Fruits of His Glory” with power and authority in four different ways:

1. The year in which the Church as the “Crown of Splendor” of the lord demonstrates an increasing glory that manifests the Christ who's
been revealed to it: Luke: 1:26-38; 2 Corinthians 3:17-18.

A crown is a symbol of triumph and public honor given for distinguished service.
A crown can be made of different materials: some, valuable like gold, and other less-valuable materials that wilt quickly, such as laurel.
God's dealings with Mary before she gave birth to Jesus allow us to understand God's dealing with the Church so that it can receive the privilege of being the eternal “Crown of His Glory.”
We remember that when Mary's spirit and mind were “illuminated” by the Word of the Lord from the mouth of the angel, she not only listened to the Word but also allowed It to bear fruit in her.  Thus, she became “pregnant by this revelation, bringing Jesus to the Earth, the same Glory of God made flesh.”  Just as what happened with Mary, the manifestation of glory awaiting the Church won't just consist of words and declarations of intangible faith; It will be a glory that's powerfully visible in the Earth.  This is because all of the “enlightenment by the Word” that the Church has been receiving for years will be transformed into revelation, which will produce fruit in the personal and collective lives of the Church in a rapid, permanent and supernatural manner.

2. The year in which the Church as the “royal diadem”of the Lord
demonstrates the dominion of Christ because it's manifested in
“His plenitude”: Ephesians 1: 22-23.

The diadem is a piece of precious metal, generally made of gold encrusted with precious jewels. It is a distinctive symbol of nobility and royalty.  The diadem was used by the high priests and kings as a visible sign of their nobility.  When the letter of the Ephesians declares that Christ will fill “everything in every way,” it reveals two transcendental things: First, it demonstrates that everything is beneath the feet or the dominion of Christ as king. The feet are placed beneath the body and not in the head, which means that the Lord, as the Head has decided to exercise the dominion of His kingdom through his Body, the Church. The success of the Church in its labor of dominion is guaranteed by its training, since it is completed and filled with Christ, and for that reason is “His Plenitude.”  Secondly, this truth shows us that the Church, upon manifesting the fullness of Christ, will exercise a “dominion of glory” that will transform the world, making the Kingdom of God both visible and palpable.

3.  The Year of the “Recognition of Government” in the Church:
2 Samuel 5:1-5

Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge  and understanding
(Jeremiah 3:15).
The Church is “a crown of splendor and a royal diadem of the Lord,” and each of these distinctions offers a different privilege. In the Old Testament, the royal crown or diadem had a very important “double symbolic significance.”  Taking David as an example, speaking of the “crown” on his head, “it showed that God had made a pact with him  that he was committed to give him the Kingdom.”  If we view this through the prism  of a “diadem,” we see that it was an element that could only be worn on the head of the high priest and the king.  Returning to the example of David, we can deduce that God had set him above all the rest with a “condition of royalty.”  Through these truths the Lord is opening our spiritual eyes to view the Church as it really is:

“His crown and diadem.” Just the fact of being “His crown of glory,” means that He's made a pact with us, His Church, through his son Jesus “assuring us that He has given us the Kingdom” (Luke 12:32).  Because we're “His Diadem of the Kingdom, ” he has set us apart and trained us to bring His Kingdom to the Earth through a double anointing: “kings and priests of His Kingdom.”  The most marvelous thing about Isaiah's prophecy— demonstrating that it passed down through the centuries to hit the “bulls eye of the Church”—is that there is something both strange and extraordinary in his declaration.
Isaiah says that “this crown and diadem are IN THE HANDS OF THE LORD.”
This is strange because a crown or diadem is made to be placed “UPON THE HEAD AND NOT IN THE HANDS.”  If that were the case, why would the prophet say that they would be in the hands of the Lord?  Isaiah is speaking of the Church but of the Church beneath His theocratic government.
This “Government of the kingdom” mentioned in Ephesians 4:11 is being run by THE FIVE FINGERS THAT MAKE UP THE POWERFUL HAND OF GOD ON THE EARTH.
It's the five-fold anointing of the mantel of Christ governing the Church as representatives of the Head.  This theocratic government is run by apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.  How marvelous! God has decided to place His Church beneath “the safe protection of His powerful hand” through the function of the five-fold ministry.
It's important to note that if the function of one of these fails (in the analogy of the five representing the five fingers of the hand), “the hand cannot completely close to protect and care for what is in the palm.”  Only by all being perfectly united in the same spirit will they be equipped to send, direct, grow, protect and edify the Church and lead it towards His destiny of glory.

In 2 Samuel 5:1, the tribes of Israel tell David: “Here we are, your bone and your flesh.”
In this Word we note that the people willingly gave themselves voluntarily over to David to be governed by him, recognizing that they were “his flesh and bone.”  This unusual expression out of the Old Testament is prophetic in two senses: First, it's a foretaste of what would occur many centuries later when God creates the Church and makes it “His flesh and bone” by declaring it the “Body of Christ”; and secondly, it demonstrates the Church under “the Kingdom of David,” represented in the “theocratic government of the Kingdom” constituted by Christ in Ephesians 4:11.  The “Kingdom of David in the Church” is the natural government of God not imposed by mankind,” which is very different from the others in that it's the only one incorporating an “invisible bond between the government and the people”: “We are your flesh and blood.”

4. The Year in which the Church produces “complete fruit”:
Amos 9:13
.

The prophet Amos declares something that violates the very natural laws of sowing and reaping: “The days are coming,” —and we say by the Spirit, THEY'VE ALREADY ARRIVED“— when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman.”  In this way, the spirit of the word is fulfilled where it says “And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved” (Acts 2:47).
Perfect fruit” has four basic characteristics, for being a fruit:
Supernatural, surprising, superabundant and outstanding.
Perfect fruit —both in the manifestation of the life of Christ in the Church and in the multiplication of the redeemed— will no longer be the result of effort, methods or objectives, but rather a manifestation of the true presence of Christ in our lives.
This will draw everyone else to the Lord because they'll see that we are a “Desired City” (Isaiah 62:12).
